A bill establishing a continuing national program for hybrid and other quality seeds production that will greatly enhance farm productivity by providing the farmers with quality, hybrid and affordable seeds and the needed technical and other support services. Senate Bill No. 2377 Resetting the Barangay and SK Elections Act
This bill aims to reset the October 2010 Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections to the last Monday of October 2011. This is pursued in order to save taxpayers’ money, which in part, have been already spent on the recently concluded May 2010 elections. Furthermore, it will help the county recuperate from the wounds of severe partisan politicking of the national election.
