rep. escudero did a good job. iregardless of political color, the late ferdinand marcos deserved to be laid at rest in the libingan ng mga bayani of the republic of the philippines. no question about that because he used to be a legitimate president in the past years and a soldier. if it is the law, then he should be buried there….huag pairalin ang pagka hipokrita natin…. he should had been buried long time ago, pero kay hipokrita ang umiral, kaya un ang nangyari…tinatawag nga natin nga heroes ang hindi nakapunta sa guierra,un pa kaya!

well its time to move on. .Pres. Ferdinand E. Marcos deserves to be buried at Libingan ng Bayani like other servicemen in our country.. doing so will make our nation great & admirable around the globe. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

Yes I agree that former President Ferdinand Marcos deserves to be buried in the Libingan ng mga Bayani because to majority if not all Filipinos, treat him as our modern HERO, considering the Economic and Political state of our country during his Leadership. We could hardly believe that a Peso nearly equates to a dollar! not to mention that DOLLAR is the currency of America that ones taken advantage of Philippines weaknesses during world war 1 and 2. Hence, Thru FM- we Filipinos can Proudly tell that we are as POWERFUL as our past CONQUEROR but NOW??? where do we stand now??? there is now a rapid acceleration of number of OFW who risk their lives serving other countries rather than our Philippines.

If ever Ferdinand Marcos is like Khadafi of Libya, he does not deserve the Hero’s Burial but HE IS NOT like the dictator of Libya. Hence, he deserves a better treatment.
If this administration can’t decide since it is Aquino administration, Let his BOSS decide to the issue… Let the Filipino People (Aquino’s BOSS) Vote or sign the campaign to approve the Hero’s Burial of FM.

but the problem ano kaya ang requirements para maka apply? More on walang not member

Brilliant. Finally a true HUMANITARIAN concern of a genuine statesman for the good of the masses, the least and the have-nots. No one in the past regimes since former President FM has even considered Housing or Urban settlement as a government agenda. In Singapore, it’s the PRIORITY, thus their Housing Development Board is big. It’s FUNDAMENTAL. Just like the providing utilities such as water & electricity, similar to (sorry to site this again) Singapore’s Public Utilities Board. Your reforms and programs are what the Filipinos had been asking for, the past decades.

I think the proposal of Sen.Marcos is timely and have been long overdue. There have been several moves by previous administration to alleviate homelessness in the Philippines but to no avail. Maybe by streamlining these agencies and uniting them into one department will serve its purpose. It only creates further bureaucracy since their aim is to provide affordable and decent dwellings. We are nearing the 100M mark in population and there is no better way but to pool our resources together. Housing should not be limited to urban dwellers only but it also comprises the issue of agrarian reform, were several landlords are still giving lifetime promises to poor farmers. Calling on Mr.Pinoy, we are your boss as you were claiming. Sen.Marcos, keep up the good works. Your father`s name will be vindicated by history.
